In 2020 EEPDC participated in the Nigerian Marginal Field Bid Round (MFBR) for indigenous companies and won the 28.25% of Olua marginal field located in Oil Mining Lease OML 25.
EEPDC is a wholly owned Nigerian company specializing in energy development with expertise in hydrocarbon resource exploration and production. We are committed to sustainable development while upholding social and environmental standards.

Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Our Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy applies to:

Prohibited Conduct
EEPDC strictly prohibits:
- Bribery in any form – including direct or indirect offers, payments, solicitations, or acceptance of bribes, gifts, or favors intended to influence business decisions.
- Bribes from or to customers, suppliers, agents, consultants, joint ventures, business partners, politicians, and government officials.
- The creation of undisclosed accounts or internal budgets intended to facilitate bribery or unethical transactions.
Compliance & Enforcement
All employees, contractors, and business partners are required to comply with this policy. Violations of the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy will result in strict consequences, including:
- Dismissal for employees found guilty of violations.
- Deregistration or termination of contracts for suppliers, contractors, and business partners engaged in corrupt activities.
