Oghenetejiri Agbinone is the Managing Director of Emag Exploration, Production & Developement Company Limited (EEPDC).
Having over 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry both locally and internationally, Oghenetejiri is a seasoned veteran in the Oil & Gas sphere where he has held managerial and leadership roles in Emag Group amongst its subsidiaries.
Oghenetejiri started his professional career in 2000 with Emag Group as a trainee drilling Engineer and business developement executive where he specialized in MWD and directional drilling. He is currently running the management afairs of 3 subsidiaries under the Emag Group including (Tegma Energry, IMR Ltd & Speed Recovery Limited)
Oluwagbemiga Ipinyemi is the Executive Director at EMAG EXPLORATION PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED (EEPDC). He is an accomplished Geoscientist with over two decades of experience in the energy sector.
He has successfully handled several business & technical leadership roles, leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with roles spanning; Strategy & Planning, Operations, Portfolio Management and
Asset Development Management
He started his career as a Site Technician with Jamsa Nigeria Limited before joining Laser Engineering as a Reservoir Geologist where he was seconded to Total Energies as a Consultant supporting the OML 100
& 99 Asset Team.
During his short stay in Mart Resources, he was the Lead Geoscientist responsible for the Umusadege field, Qua Ibo field, and Ke- field Development.
As part of the technical team in Waltersmith, he played a key role in Ibigwe field development which resulted in production ramp up from an average of 1,200 bopd to 7,500 bopd. As General Manager, he led a team that represented the company in data room review for asset acquisition in Nigeria, Uganda, and Equatorial Guinea.
Oluwagbemiga also previously worked as General Manager-Asset Development and Operations in Excel Exploration and Production Company
Oluwagbemiga Ipinyemi is a graduate of Geology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, and he
also holds an M.Sc. in Applied Geosciences and Management from the University of Manchester, United
Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE)
Ayobiyi Shote is the immediate past Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Oilfield Services Ltd., a leading provider of turnkey drilling management solutions and integrated oilfield services.
Prior to joining Etihad Oilfield Services Ltd., Ayo held the role of the Managing Director, Baker Hughes Incorporated, West Africa and is well known for his leadership skills, strategies and business acumen which contributed to the growth of the organization.
With over a decade of experience in leading world-class executive teams to achieve major strategic transformations across West Africa, Oman, Yemen and Pakistan in the Oil and Gas sector, he has a wealth of experience in directing international restructures, rationalizations and consolidations of the cost base to generate savings, growth and profit and offer world-class leadership, guidance and support at the Executive Board level.
He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Master of Arts 'Leading Innovation & Change' from York St John University, UK. Mr. Shote is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Institute of Directors, both in the UK. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Nigeria.
Austin Areh is a seasoned Completions Engineer with over 35 years of professional experience in the oil industry. He worked for some of the major service companies in the earlier years of his career, both at home and abroad, in various capacities (eg Field Service Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, etc). In the last 10 years, he has worked with practically all the majors IOCs as a consultant delivering complex projects on land, offshore and deep water environment. He brings to the team a wealth of international experience and expertise in Project Management, Completion Engineering and Well Intervention.
David Huntrods was the Chief Operating Officer/ Project Director Etihad Energy Limited. With Over 40 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry having worked for some of the major players on both the Client (Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Oil Company, QGPC, ENI) and EPC Contractors (Bechtel, Fluor, Kvearner, Saipem, SKEC, Westfield Energy Resources, and Etihad Energy Limited).
Having worked on and managed EPCI medium to large scale projects in the Oil, Gas and Power sectors with a TIC ranging from 50 million USD to 1.3 billion USD. Including both Onshore and Offshore Gas Processing and Compression, Oil Gathering and Processing, Pipelines and Transmission, Utilities, Export Terminals, Refineries and Power Generation (OC/HRSG) David Huntrods holds a BSc Hons Electrical Engineering MSc Applied Electronics

HEAD. LEGAL & CORPORATE SERVICES
Anthony Osa-Orhue Aganmwonyi is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme High Court of Nigeria. A legal practitional and consultant. He is a researcher oflegal issues and other issues of topical importance. He holds a bachelor of Laws, LL.B (Hons.), Masters of Laws (LL.M), from University of Lagos and admitted as an associate member of the international Law society. A member of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers, served as the Financial Secretary of the National Association of Catholic Lawyers, Lagos Archdiocese. Imbued with vast experience in Oil and Gas law and practice. An avid member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Daniel Robert (BSc, MSc, ACA, ACTI)
Daniel holds a BSc. (2nd Class Hons. Upper Division) in Accounting from the University of Abuja. He also holds a MSc. in Oil and Gas Accounting (Distinction – price winner and best graduating student class of 2008/2009) from Caledonian Business School, Glasgow Caledonian University (Scotland, UK).
Daniel has over 22 years varied experiences across upstream oil and gas accounting, finance, management consulting, project accounting, financial reporting, HR and Taxation. He has previously worked in various sectors across the hospitality, audit& & consulting, NGOs, as well as oil and gas industries.
He trained with Arthur Andersen and later KPMG Professional Services and has held various managerial roles at entities including Heritage Energy Operational Services, Shoreline Natural Resources Ltd, Afren Energy Services, Sahara Energy, and Peak Petroleum Industries Nigeria Ltd.
Daniel is a seasoned IFRS trainer and has carried out training for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a marriage and youths’ coach for various non-profit organisations. He has spent over sixteen years of his career overseeing offshore and onshore oil and gas project accounting operations from exploration, evaluations, appraisal, development through to production phases; under various PSC, JV and service arrangements in Nigeria.
He has also managed various oil and gas, revenue, royalty, project management, cash calls, forensic audit and systems administration for both start-ups and matured AIM / LSE listed companies.
He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, as well as the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
With over 25 years experience in the oil & gas sector, Andrew has work with Sonangol P&P, Schlumberger, Shell, Chevron, Texaco and BP both Local and international. He is vast with the drilling and interventionoperations.
CHIDOZIE NNAMDI ANUKWA
Over 20 years in the oil and gas industry with experience in production operations, Well Intervention services, Drilling, Slickline jobs, Well head jobs, Completions job, Frac and Gravel Pack operations, Drill Stem Test (DST),Surface Well testing and data acquisition with BHP Surveys. He has proven expertise in the re-organization of assets and making significant improvements to loss-making systems and processes that guarantee success by returning failing departments to profit.
Collins is a Petroleum Engineer with experience in Reservoir Engineering and Production Optimization, Field Development and Management. He manages the petroleum engineering team with the objective of optimizing recovery.
He has both local and international experience in the oil and gas industry, having started his career at Laser Engineering and Resources Consultant with subsequent work experience with HPO Global Resources Ventures
He has participated in a number of Integrated Field Studies, Prospect Evaluation and Field Development Plans for major E & P companies in Nigeria, which includes Utorogu field Development Studies and Nkali further oil Development Studies, Reservoir modeling and simulation for NPDC/ND Western JV (OML 34) and SPDC OML 11 respectively.
He was actively involved in the Integrated Field Development of the Aferolow/Afesere/Olomolo/Kokori/Oroni and AG & NAG studies for OML 30 NPDC/HEOSL/SNRL JV. He holds both Degrees in Petroleum Geosciences and B.Eng. in Petroleum Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Uwareme has a career spanning over 20 years in Nigeria where he held the managerial position.
A Total E & P scholar, Uwareme has worked over the years as a supply chain specialist over the years.
Prince Bobmanuel is a key player in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt, started his career with Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria Limited in year 2000. He has 20years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with leadership footprints as project manager in laudable engineering projects, from the Drilling to Completion phases of wells. He has acquired immeasurable experience as Business Development, managing IOCs and LOCs with results that impacts the overall financial profitability and commercial performance of the business.
